Bishton Community Council (BCC) are seeking applications for tender to complete a capital grant community project located at Underwood Community Centre, Llanmartin, Newport, NP18 2JB. The project requires capital works to be completed on a capital claims funding scheme provided by the Rural Community Development Fund (Welsh Government) and the Big Lottery Fund. The works consist of an extension to the South elevation of Underwood community centre increasing the useable floor area of the building by approx. 160m2 and basic renovation works to the existing building.
